I'm Vijay — founder of Luvaa Group. We run real businesses every day: a tax & CA practice, a hospitality vertical, a hospital-management platform, a solar ERP, and a courier network. And every day, hiring teaches us the same lesson — India does not lack degrees. It lacks practical skill.
Luvaa Foundation is my way of fixing that — at scale. We are launching 277+ skill programs across 10 categories — Tally, GST, AI tools, mobile repair, solar installation, tailoring, healthcare, full-stack development, and more. Pune for hands-on trades. Online for digital courses. Always practical. Always real machines, real software, real outcomes.
My vision is simple: skill up every motivated Indian — regardless of where they were born — with knowledge that earns money the day they graduate. We don't teach you to pass exams. We teach you to do the job.

Annual Reports
First annual report will be published after FY 2026–27 closes. Until then, CSR partners receive cohort-level utilisation certificates and quarterly field reports.
Backed by Luvaa Group. Operational infrastructure (HR, accounts, technology, training facility) is contributed in-kind by Luvaa Group — maximising the share of every donation that reaches learners.
