Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations

Donations are non-refundable once processed, as they are immediately allocated to programs. If a donation was made in error or is duplicated, contact us within 7 days at luvaafoundation@gmail.com with proof of payment, and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Recurring donations

You may cancel any recurring monthly donation at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future debits but does not refund past contributions.

Course fees

Paid courses include a 7-day satisfaction window. If you withdraw within 7 days of batch start, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment gateway charges. After 7 days, refunds are not available.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
