Own end-to-end delivery of skill programs for 1,500+ students across 4 cities. Includes batch operations, partner coordination, and outcome tracking.
Community Outreach Lead
Lead grassroots outreach in rural Bihar. Build relationships with schools, panchayats, and local NGOs to fill batches and support graduates.
Curriculum Designer — Vocational
Design 6–12 week vocational curricula for tailoring, beauty, electrical, and basic computer skills with low literacy delivery in mind.
Fundraising & Donor Communications
Build and execute donor acquisition and retention. Strong copywriting, basic CRM, and comfort with corporate CSR cycles required.
